刘佳，男，1986年12月出生，安徽省亳州人。现为安徽财经大学统数学院教授。2005-2009年，河北理工大学（现华北理工大学），信息与计算科学专业理学学士。2009-2014，华中科技大学，基础数学专业理学博士。
