傅骏，男，1990年1月出生，安徽蚌埠人。现为安徽财经大学讲师。2008-2012年，上海交通大学环境科学与工程专业，学士。2012-2017年，上海交通大学环境科学与工程专业，博士。2018年，麦王环境技术股份有限公司，研究员。2019-2020年，上海放鸣环境科技有限公司，联合创始人兼科技发展中心经理。2020年，上海投资咨询公司，项目经理。
