程芳，女，1982年6月出生，安徽淮北人。现为安徽财经大学副教授。2008-2010年，阜阳师范学院数学与应用数学专业，理学学士。2011-2014年，淮北师范大学应用数学专业，理学硕士。2016-2020年，上海大学计算数学专业，理学博士。
